Ursula is a passionate advocate for User Experience, Innovation, and Business Development. Today, she holds the position of Senior UX Strategist at CEVT, where her expertise seamlessly combines human, business, and technological perspectives, all while mastering the art of listening to customers.

Over her four years at CEVT, Ursula has been a driving force behind numerous impactful projects. Her contributions range from designing the UI and UX of the Lynk & Co 01 vehicle infotainment system to assuming key roles as an Innovation Coach and UX Project Leader in diverse innovation projects for Zeekr cars. Ursula's strategic initiatives have been instrumental in fostering a UX-centered culture and methodologies within the organization.

Previously, Ursula was part of Chalmers Venture, where she collaborated with startups and business coaches she cultivated a strong customer-centric mindset and honed strategic business development skills. She also held the position of Digital Manager at Axkid, a car child safety restraint company, where she spearheaded the company's digital transformation.

Before her journey in Sweden, Ursula spent over a decade perfecting her UX profile in various digital and advertising agencies in her homeland of Spain. Her diverse background and unwavering dedication to enhancing user experiences make Ursula an indispensable asset in the realm of UX strategy in the automotive industry.
