Stefani Poßner is an accomplished technology executive with over a decade of experience in the automotive and financial industries. She has held various leadership roles at renowned organizations, driving technology-driven business transformations.
Currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Mercedes pay GmbH since October 2021, Stefani leads the company's technological initiatives with a keen focus on innovation and sustainable growth. Since joining, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's success, leveraging her deep industry knowledge and strategic acumen.
Before her role at Mercedes pay GmbH, Stefani served as the Head of sidion GmbH for seven years. In this capacity, she contributed to the organization's strategic development and operational efficiency.
Prior to that, Stefani held the position of Senior Manager of IT Management at Daimler AG, from 2009 to 2014. In this role, she oversaw IT departments dedicated to supporting the Marketing and Sales functions of Daimler AG. Her strategic guidance and adeptness in optimizing IT processes contributed significantly to the company's success during her tenure.
Stefani played a crucial role at Daimler Mobility AG from February 2008 to April 2009, contributing to global initiatives and driving the company's mobility services forward. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2008, she held the position of Head of Multi-Channel Banking IT at DaimlerChrysler Bank, leading her team with dedication and proficiency, and significantly contributing to the bank's IT operations' growth and success.
