Tariq Hafeez is an attorney and entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience and innovation in the legal services and technology space. As co-founder of LegalEase Solutions LLC, Tariq has helped lead the growth of the company's services into a number of verticals including tech-assisted contract review, compliance, contract management and litigation analytics and support. Tariq has worked with the legal departments of the Big 3 Automakers in the US, and other global OEMs and suppliers for over a decade. Tariq previously has experience practicing corporate, commercial real estate, health care, and criminal law both in the private sector and as an assistant attorney general for the State of Michigan.
